I’m Mar Ortmann, a licensed relationship and sex therapist for nearly 30 years. I help people reconnect—with themselves, with each other and with the joy of embodied, authentic living. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence and a wealth of clinical experience to my work. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, trauma-informed care and a deep respect for the diverse ways people love, relate and experience pleasure.
I work especially well with people who are introspective, motivated and open to exploring new perspectives. I also bring lived and professional experience to working with neurodivergent clients and folks navigating life transitions such as menopause, identity shifts or evolving relationship structures.
Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reclaim what’s already yours: your voice, your agency, your desires and your right to thrive.
